We are unable to accept any returned liquids, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
Return Policy – E Cigarette Batteries
Batteries used in e-cigs are semi-disposable. As part of the natural wear and tear, they will become less effective over time. How quickly this occurs depends on how it is used including how often the e cig is smoked and how long it is charged for. Please note chargers provided with the batteries should be used. Faulty batteries can be returned for a replacement.
Return Policy – Faulty Products
If you suspect the product you purchased is faulty, we will offer a repair exchange or a refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. All items will first be examined for faults, we are unable to exchange or refund any products we find that are not faulty after reasonable explanation. Products with faults due to normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or not following the manual or using the accessories provided will not be repaired or replaced free of charge and a refund will not be given. Please note all returns must have receipt/proof of purchase, original packaging and the card you paid with if this tender was used. Please note we do NOT OFFER A CHANGE OF MIND POLICY on any of our products in store.
ALL HARDWARE COMES WITH A 30 DAYS WARRANTY.
Atomisers, Clearomisers and replacement coils, due to their disposable nature only have a ‘dead on arrival’ warranty, if we are contacted within 48 hours of purchase / delivery.
